STEPS TO OBTAIN ALABAMA PHARMACIST LICENSE BY RECIPROCITY pharmacist in this state.
1. Go to NABPs web site at www.nabp.net. 

and complete the APPLICATION FOR LICENSURE TRANSFER. Follow the instructions posted.

2. When NABP has processed your application they will mail you the OFFICIAL APPLICATION. Follow the instructions and mail your COMPLETED application, along with a fee of $300.00, to the:
  Alabama Board of Pharmacy
  P O Box 381988
  Birmingham, AL 35238-1988
3. Once the application has been mailed to the Board, go to NABP.NET and apply for the MPJE. When you receive your ATT form, follow the instructions and set up your exam date.

When the Board receives your passing grade, you will be notified of your interview.
